ABOUT THE NCWA

The National Congress of Western Armenians is a plenipotentiary representative body for Western Armenians, the descendants of Ottoman Armenians who were scattered around the world in the wake of the Armenian Genocide (Medz Yeghern) and who represent today the seven million Armenian Diaspora (Spyurk).
The NCWA is an international non-governmental organization established in Sèvres, France in 2011. It has an observer status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
