The NCWA appeals to the national will, morale, and self-consciousness of the Armenian people as the decisive forces behind the nation’s eagerness to pursue historical justice and get engaged in the shaping of its future. The NCWA believes both state and civil society are responsible for a welfare of the country and nation, therefore encourages fellow compatriots to partake in its programs and activities.

It is for Western Armenians, who represent the two-thirds of the nation, who have lost their motherland, and who have been forced to live in the diaspora, to partake in the programs that can help shape the nation’s future, enhance the well-being of Armenian communities and resolve the nation’s historical issues.

The NCWA calls upon all Armenians to acknowledge their rights and further the national interests by getting engaged with the NCWA.
